Rental agreement & terms and conditions for Victorhof

1. Important information at a glance

Check-in : from 3:00 PM

Check-out : until 10:00 AM

Down payment : 20% of the total amount

Final payment : no later than 21 days before arrival

Pets : not allowed

Non-smoking apartment : Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in the apartment and on the terrace.

2. Booking and deposit

After booking, you will receive a written confirmation via email.
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is due by the specified date. If payment is not received on time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

3. Final payment

The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 21 days before arrival.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to rent the holiday apartment to someone else. Any cancellation fees already incurred will remain payable.

4. Visitors and additional guests

Day visitors: must register in advance.

Additional overnight guests: only by prior arrangement and subject to availability (15 € per person/night).

Unannounced overnight stays will be charged at €100 per night. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice.

5. Included services

The rental price includes:

  • Costs for water, electricity, heating and final cleaning

  • 1x bed linen and 1x hand and bath towel per person

  • 2 dish towels and 1 dishcloth

  • Children's travel cot (on request)

  • Rental bikes for adults

  • Craft materials & treasure hunt for children

  • Final cleaning

6. Arrival and departure / Final cleaning

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. (for contactless check-in, you will receive the necessary information in advance via email).

Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

The vacation rental must be left in a clean and tidy condition; trash must be sorted and dishes must be washed.
We reserve the right to inspect the property upon departure. In the event of significant soiling, we will charge an additional fee of €50.

Note: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 22 days before arrival are free of charge. Any deposit already paid will be fully refunded.

  • 21 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.

  • Less than 8 days before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged.

  • If you do not arrive at all and do not inform us : The full total price (100%) will be due.

  • In case of late arrival or early departure: The full amount remains due (no refund for unused nights).

 

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are protected in case of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Pets

Bringing pets is not allowed.

9. No smoking policy

Smoking – including e-cigarettes – is prohibited in the holiday apartments and on the terrace.

10. Final Provisions

By booking the holiday apartment, guests accept these terms and conditions.
