Iris is the true visionary of the Victorhof—it was her inspired idea to convert our family farm into holiday apartments. As a proud mother of four, she absolutely loves welcoming guests. You’ll likely find her tending to her greenhouse or enjoying creative sessions in the pottery studio.

Elmar spent many dedicated years working as a farmer—and at heart, he still is. Even in retirement, he loves staying active around the yard and within the local community. With his calm nature, Elmar naturally makes every guest feel like an old friend from the moment they arrive.

After spending a few years in Cologne, Steffi returned to the countryside. Today, she embraces the slow-paced life alongside partner Lucas and their dog, Ferdinand. Steffi loves yoga and travel, and she brings fresh, modern ideas that breathe new life into the Victorhof.

Lucas is a bundle of energy. Whether he is out exploring the local trails with Ferdinand or getting stuck into creative DIY projects, he brings warmth, humor, and a fresh perspective. His ultimate dream? Building a traditional outdoor bakehouse where he can bake bread and cakes.
