Confirmation / Reconfirmation / Deposit

We will confirm your booking via email. Attached to the email you will find a PDF with our terms and conditions as well as our payment details on the second page.

Please pay the deposit to confirm your booking!

To secure your booking, please make the deposit payment until the specified date. Your deposit payment confirms your booking. If the deposit is not received on time, we'll have to cancel your booking.

Price Includes:

Utilities (water, electricity, heating)
1 set of bed linen per person (beds are made)
1 big towel and 1 small towel per person
2 Kitchen towels and 1 dishcloth are provided
1 Baby crib available, and you can request an extra travel crib (Apartment 4 only allows 1 crib)
Bicycles rental for adults (Please note: Children's bicycles are not available in all sizes)

Craft materials in the creative corner
1 treasure hunt for families/children
Use of washing machine

* We kindly ask you to leave the vacation rental in a neat and tidy condition. This includes washing the dishes, separating and disposing of waste in the designated containers, and leaving the vacation rental in a broom-clean condition. After the end of your stay, the landlord will inspect the apartment. If the cleaning effort significantly exceeds that of a regular final cleaning, an additional charge of €40.00 will apply for a general cleaning.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Contactless Check-in:

We'll provide all necessary information in advance for a smooth contactless check-in.

Prohibited:

No bachelor parties or similar events allowed.
Bringing dogs, cats, and other pets is not allowed!
Smoking is not permitted inside the vacation apartments, on the terrace with the apartment door open, or in any buildings on the property, including e-cigarettes.

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund your deposit.
If the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the arrival date, we will charge 60% of the booking amount if the vacation rental cannot be rebooked.
If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date, we will charge 80% of the booking amount.
If the cancellation is made less than 2 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 90% of the booking amount must be paid.
Early departure or delayed arrival: Full booking amount must be paid.
